I’ve been watching Moving Art for decades. But since the first of the year I’ve been unable to view anything. It happened first on my iPad, then my Apple TV streaming box, and now my iPhone 16 Pro. When I check my account it says I’m paying $1.99 but I’ve been paying $5.99 for months. It says all my downloads have expired but I can’t open the video to re-download.
What gives!?
Can you make a channel of all your beautiful videos that are ONLY put to music??... no talking, no interviews, no nothing except the lovely cinematography with background music. We have played the Moving Art series for years in our house raising our boys, along with the Howard Hall series and now the meditation series. They are fabulous for evening relaxation time and talking with our children about the beauty, wonder, and importance of nature. I'd hate to find out we're missing any episodes because we don't know how to look for them! If you had a channel solely for ALL your videos that have been put to music, it would likely be on in our house on repeat!! Thank you for producing such beautiful work.
