Gratitude? Well, my whole life has revolved around plants - so much so that I look to them for guidance and inspiration.  They  can teach us a lot about gratitude, not as a simple acknowledgement of good things, but  a richer, more intricate understanding of the interconnectedness of life.

My decades of observing plants' abilities to withstand adversity allowed me to find gratitude in my own resilience and growth. The sustenance and beauty they provide made me thankful for the abundance in my life, which made me more aware of the joy in the little things. Their seasonal, cyclical nature taught me to embrace change and appreciate every phase of life.

Just as plants rely on various organisms for survival, we need others in our lives. I am now more aware and appreciative of the help and encouragement I receive from others. Gratitude is a reciprocal practice that creates  connections with those around us.

I believe that engaging with plants, whether through gardening  or simply by enjoying their beauty, promotes mindfulness. That encourages us to slow down, be present, and appreciate the small details, leading to a greater sense of appreciation for everyday moments.

I have tremendous gratitude for  plants - for the oxygen, food, and beauty they provide us. I am truly grateful to them for keeping me rooted so I could live a life filled with joy and wonder of the natural world around me.

How do I purchase a copy of the original Gratitude Revealed, or just Gratitude video that's 6+ minutes? I was using it on retreats since created in 2017-2018, and I know the whole Moving Art site is full of Louie's work. I just want that one video for my use on Grateful Heart's Retreat.  Can you help?
