I subscribed. I can get in on my laptop and iPhone. But I can’t get logged in on my Samsung 4 K TV . I sent multiple request for help. Only response is change password which is not the problem. I just found this tab. This company shows no support phone number. When I first joined there was some sort of problem. When I try to log in on my TV, it gets stuck on the Capta and won't proceed. Do they have a phone number? I have been trying to log in on my TV for 5 days without success. Please help.

I purchased a subscription yesterday for $5.99 per month. I am looking at the app trying to look at various films and I am told I have to purchase them. What is this about?

Hello! Is there any free content from the Moving Art series that was on Netflix? I used to use them during infusion appointments and then have been very disappointed by others, but now I cannot seem to get any of them without paying a subscription? Just checking as I thought the original ones would be free still?

Today I got 2 reminders that my membership Amount was being charged and this is day for that but I received 2 notices ( one @ 9:06 am and another @ around 4pm. Is this a double charge or just a reminder. Thank you very much!

Is it possible to buy the moving art seasons to download them? I have 1 season but want to buy the other two so the kids can thee them. They loved that season so I'm sure they would like the other two.

I wrote a couple days ago but now don't see my message for some reason...I signed into this community based on a free offer to watch the Fantastic Fungi. But when I went to watch it, it was no longer free (only a few days passed). Could someone provide me with assistance to enable the free offer?? Otherwise, I'm out.

Why is the subscription rate way more than doubling going from 99 cents to $6 with no updates or advisement on what is changing about the subscription? That is a huge jump in fee with no explanation at all! Or perhaps I have missed something?
