Purchased the double feature but am unable to watch as content is locked. My account shows the purchases but I'm unable to access it.

I am trying to get some assistance with my streaming service. I know that I paid a monthly fee. I was wondering if a new fee has been created for certain programming because I don’t seem to have access to all the programming that’s on the on my account if I can get somebody from administration to contact me, I’d sure appreciate it. Please contact me so that we can go ahead and clarify the situation with my account

I watched your series on Netflix so many times over the period it was available. It was very healing for me during a difficult period in particular. Also love the music. I was wondering if the soundtracks for the series are available for purchase. Much love to everyone involved x
