In order to resolve this issue, all of the purchasable content must be first purchased through the online desktop version, and then will become available on all devices. We are currently working on ways to make it purchasable through the Moving art TV and Mobile Apps. We will update you once this option is available! Currently there is no subscription option that makes these available for free - they are one-time purchase or rental.
